Only 24% of short sales are closing in our market. That’s right, only 24%. Why is this? Most agents simply don’t have the education and the resources to handle a short sale properly. It’s not that they’re bad agents, many are just simply too stressed to deal with all the details and work it takes to get a short sale closed. Our office has linked up with Chicago’s top negotiating company and we are experiencing a 9o% success rate on the short sales we are working.
