1416 W Superior – Superior Seven

Project details:  We marketed and sold out 7 gut rehabed condo units in Chicago’s Noble Square neighborhood.  Click the links below to see some of the branding and marketing we did for this project.

2501 W 36th St – McKinley Park Commons

Project details:  Marketed and sold out 14 new construction town homes in Chicago’s McKinley Park neighborhood.  We created a custom logo, signage and marketing materials for the project.  It took approximately 4 months for us to get all of these units under contract in the Summer of 2013.

Some other specialized things we did was to create custom designed and colored floor plans.  The developer took this project as a foreclosure and did not have the original floor plans, so we created them for the developer as part of our marketing package.

2324 S Oakley – Oakley Terrace

Project details:  Marketed and sold out 3 new construction condos in the Heart of Chicago neighborhood.  Created customized 4’x8′ signage for the front of property.  Custom brochure an floor plan coloring as well.

1811 W 17th Place – Unico 17

Project Details:  Marketed and sold out 9 gut rehabbed condos in Chicago’s West Pilsen Neighborhood.  On this project we created sleek modern custom signage for the front of the property.  We also marketed on the nearby CTA El stop platform for the developer.

Check out some of the other marketing materials we created for the developer of this project. Some of the other unique things we did on this development was custom make door hangers that were hand delivered throughout the surrounding neighborhood to get maximum exposure for the development.

2119 S Halsted – Pilsen Terrace

Project Details:  Marketed and sold out 6 gut rehabbed condo units and 2 ground floor commercial spaces in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood. One of the big things we did to market this development was get a large 15’x15′ sign that faced the 90/94 expressway to try and get exposure to the development.  You can see the custom logo above as well.

Phil Buoscio, is a top producer in Chicagoland awarded with over 20 Awards from Chicago Association of Realtors that has over 10,000 members. Short sales are not handled by just any Realtor. In fact, fewer than 10 Percent of all Realtors Serving Chicago and it’s Suburbs have closed over 25 short sales. I have worked on multiple REO files over the last 4 years.  From pre list inspections and BPO’s, to the marketing stage and finally getting them closed out for the highest price possible.  I am an REO Certified RES.NET Broker and have mastered the systems used to manage REO properties.  I also have licensed staff that assist in managing the whole REO process.  So it’s not just me out there trying to improperly manage ten REO properties like many other broker and offices do.  I work REO’s throughout the entire Chicagoland area.  From Chicago itself, to Joliet, Naperville, Schaumburg and most other suburban locations.
